Human behavior is fascinating, isn’t it? So often we try to do what we think others want us to do, what they would approve of, because we want to look good in their eyes. Does human approval really matter though? What does it really get us in the long run? We can end up hurting ourselves by working to satisfy our idea of what people want us to be. There’s a better way, and I’m sure you know what it is. Jesus shows us the right way to live. We need to desire His approval. God’s is the only opinion that matters! We may have to check ourselves and our motives many times a day, but we need to do things for God and not for men. Our work will be blessed by God when we work for the right reasons. God has made us to do good in this evil world. Let’s do it for Him, out of love!
