The night before Martin Luther was brought before the Diet of Worms, called to recant his writings, completely alone and in solitude, he cried out to his God for help.

This song was inspired from that prayer…

This song was written as a tribute to what is now the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. Martin luther’s 95 Theses were sent to Albert of Brandenburg, the Archbishop of Mainz, the date being October 31, 1517. It is this date that the Christians have marked as the beginning of the Reformation and the pursuit for even “the common people” to know the God of the Bible.
