The way we approach God is important. We must never do it casually and carelessly, or so formally that it becomes a barrier to true communication. We remember the holiness of God, and still trust in His mercy and grace that calls us to come to Him as we are. Let’s be truly committed to following God, He will teach each of us how to pray and trust in Him. Let me encourage you with this thought: Nothing that is alive stays the same, even plants grow and change as they get nutrients. So will you grow and change as you fuel your life in God through
prayer and the study of God’s Word. God’s Word is designed to keep us growing in the direction of God. This is a good day to read the Bible! Our Bible Discovery team and programs commit our resources to encourage people to discover, read, and understand God’s Word. In today’s assigned reading of Proverbs 30, we see the words of wisdom from a man named Agur, written to two specific people, yet they have application to all who will listen.
