The Fall of the Temple; 2 Kings 24-25
Season 4, Episode 5

"It was the eleventh year of Judah’s 22nd king, Zedekiah. He was an evil king. Zedekiah resisted the Babylonians whom God had chosen to discipline Judah for their evil acts. There are more details in the Chronicles, which we will begin reading tomorrow. The Chronicles will go over the history of Israel and Judah from a priestly perspective. The
dismantling of God’s Temple and the priesthood is highlighted today. The LORD did not shut them down because He desired to, God had put up with a great deal of sin, and the time was up. This is how we know the Bible is not a book of propaganda – it does not push to promote its people, it is committed to telling the truth about what is right and wrong in the eyes of God.
We are a family-run international ministry with television, print and online programs designed to guide you through the Bible in one year.
From social issues and apologetics to theology, history and science, our mission is to educate, edify and encourage the believer to actively engage with God’s Word in all ways."
