"Nothing quite captures the imagination like trying to envision time travel. I personally can't think of it without my mind wandering to the Back to the Future movie series! of course, we can speculate about time travel all we want and not be sure, since we do not have the ability to manipulate time. God, however, exists outside of time constraints. It's no wonder then that there are many kinds of prophecies relating to the future contained
in the books of the Twelve Minor Prophets. For Micah specifically, his ministry took place during the reign of kings Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, making him a contemporary of Isaiah the prophet. Micah prophesied during a time of deep social injustice. He called out all those who opposed the meek and humble as enemies of God. Micah also points to a future time when Christ will reign on the earth for a 1,000-year period. Today, we
refer to that time as the millennial reign of Christ.
